What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we offer a Cash on delivery, Bank Transfer, and Jazzcash/Easypaisa payment method.

How can I be sure of the size?
To be sure about your size we encourage you to check out product description. On product pages, you can find a size chart to the right of each product.

What happens if there is something wrong with receiving the order?
Elite Caps only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive a garment with a defect, contact our Customer Service department via Email/Whatsapp, sharing the images of the defective article along with your order number at theelitecaps@gmail.com or call us on +(92)314-0011795.

What is your return policy?
All products purchased from Elite Caps can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if::

The item(s) do not fit.
The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or are found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to theelitecaps@gmail.com or call us on +(92)314-0011795, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Elite Caps, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.

Do you accept returns on discounted items?

Do you offer refunds in case of any issues with the product?
If the product is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, a return and refund can be requested via email to theelitecaps@gmail.com or call us on +(92)314-0011795. Once the return is accepted and the product is returned to Elite Caps, you will receive the amount via Bank Transfer/ Discount Coupon.

All products at Elite Caps are imported.

Yes, we ship all across Pakistan.

Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we do not ship internationally

What is the standard delivery time?
Local order delivery can take between 3-6 working days; depending on the size and availability of the product. Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery on the next working day. Timely delivery is subject to the availability of stocks and payment authorizations. In certain cases, we might request some form of payment verification or source to process the order.

Do you also take orders for wholesale?
We do not take wholesale orders.

Would I be able to trace my order?
On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through Email/SMS. However you'll you can login to our website to check your current order status as well.

Can I add change or delete an order after placing it?
