Delivery Timing

Karachi: 1–2 business days
Other Cities: 3–5 business days

We typically require 3 to 5 business days to deliver your order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During peak seasons or due to verification delays, delivery timelines may be extended.

Orders placed via online payment undergo a routine fraud check and will be processed further once cleared by our payment processor. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected at your shipping address. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Shipping Cost

A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 is applicable on all orders.
We currently do not offer free shipping.

Exclusive Discount

We offer a 5% discount on all prepaid (online paid) orders.

Courier Services

The courier service used depends on your delivery location and the type of package. An email or SMS containing courier details and tracking information will be shared once your order leaves our warehouse.

If You Are Not Available at the Time of Delivery

You will receive an SMS from the courier company with the total amount due (for COD orders). Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. In your absence, the parcel may be delivered to a designated person or family member.
